Why the name "Esteas"?
Where are Esteas from?
For over 900 years, the Phoenix Mountain (Chinese: 凤凰山) in China has uniquely cultivated the most high quality and aromatic oolong teas due to its high elevation and exceptional terroir.
Esteas are directly sourced from the Phoenix mountain by small family farmers. Our Longviteas were grown by the Wei family from Chaozhou, Guangdong, China.

Are Esteas organic?
Unfortunately, none of our small family farmers are large enough to afford U.S. organic certification. However, we only partner with family famers that do not use pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, or herbicides. Their procedures surpass organic industry standards. Our partner tea farms are located in rural regions with high elevations, free from air pollution and watered with natural spring water.
My favorite Estea is out of stock. When should I expect it to be back in stock?
We diligently work to have all Esteas stock at all times, but due to uncontrollable circumstances such as weather or less than anticipated harvests, some teas may be temporarily out of stock until the next harvest. We will post an estimated date of when the tea will be back in stock based on information from our farmers.
