RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns

We will accept Returns for a full refund up to 30 Days after the delivery date.

Your returned tea package must be sealed and unopened.

Shipping costs and taxes will not be refunded.

To make a return, please do the following:

  • Send an email to estee@esteas.com with the subject "Return"

  • Please include your Name, Order Number, and Phone Number

  • Once your email is sent, expect a reply within 24 hours with further instructions


Exchanges

We do accept exchanges.

We do not cover shipping fees for products that aren’t damaged or shipped incorrectly.

To make an exchange, please do the following:

  • Send an email to estee@esteas.com with the subject “Exchange”

  • Please provide us with your Name, Order Number, and Phone Number.

  • State your reason for making an exchange

  • Briefly tell us the item you want to exchange and what you want in its place

  • Once your email is sent, expect a reply within 24 hours with further instructions


Damaged Goods

If a product is delivered damaged, please do the following:

  • Send an email to estee@esteas.com with the subject "Damaged"

  • Attach a photo of the damaged goods

  • State where the product is damaged

  • Please include your Name, Order Number, and Phone Number

  • Once your email is sent, expect a reply within 24 hours with further instructions
